Dosage and Directions:
Rescue Pain Salve: With your index finger, scoop a nickel-sized amount and apply directly to areas of and swelling. Allow 20-30 minutes for onset, and reapply as needed. Make sure to wash your hands after application and avoid touching your eyes.
Relief Cooling Gel: Squeeze the bottle and dispense a quarter-size amount into your hands. Massage onto sore muscles & joints, wait 5 - 7 minutes before cooling sensation begins, and reapply as needed. Make sure to wash your hands after application and avoid touching your eyes.
O de Vie SOS with Turmeric: Depending on severity, use included medicine dropper to add 1ml of oil, 1-2 times/per day, under your tongue.
