Return and Exchange Policy

We all make mistakes, and we all change our minds at some point or another! We want to make sure you always get what you wanted and are always happy with what you get.

Refunds

We are happy to provide full refunds on all of our products as long as there is at least half of the product remaining and we are notified within 90 days. Sometimes we try things and they don’t work, and that’s okay! Let our team suggest something else, but if all else fails, then we’re more than happy to give you a full refund for the product once we receive the item.*

Exchanges

Is the product not working the way you want it to? Our exchange policy permits you to swap any of your items for another one within 365 days.* If there are any price differences, store credit will be provided, or payment must first be received before exchanges can be administered.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@orendabotanicals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label*, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Items are subject to inspection to determine validity of return or exchange. If a product is more than half-used, a refund/exchange will not be administered. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the sender.
