My husband uses this product to help him sleep. After applying he’s asleep within minutes. It doesn’t work that well for me, but it does help calm me down and I love the smell.

This has a very pleasant smell which helps me relax and sleep better and it also helps clear sinus congestion. I have been using it for quite sometime when it was still branded as Sleepy Time and was satisfied with the product . Customer service is excellent and well beyond expectations .
