I got this topical skin relief as a gift. It is wonderful. I have had severe eczema for over 40 years. Typically my only relief has been phototherapy. I love this stuff. I am in healthcare, and the constant washing and sanitizing of my skin is tough. I find this butter very soothing on the skin and senses. I have not had any split knuckles, or joints in months. I haven't tried it on my face, as I do feel the texture may be a little too grainy for sensitive areas. But, for the rest of the body, it has proven to be very effective in treating and maintaining my ezcema prone skin.
