Dosage and Directions:

Revive Aromatherapy Roller: Remove cap and roll directly onto temples, forehead, and/or the nape of your neck, and/or apply to wrists. Then rub wrists together to warm the oil, place wrists close to the nose, and inhale the aromatherapy.

Rest Aromatherapy Roller: Remove cap and roll directly onto temples, forehead, and/or the nape of your neck, and/or apply to wrists. Then rub wrists together to warm the oil, place wrists close to the nose, and inhale the aromatherapy.

Relax Massage Oil: Start with a generous amount and massage into the skin. Be sure to work the oil into any areas of concentrated pain and tenderness. You can also use it on the entire body for full relaxation.
