Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. The practitioner is guided to hold her/his hands over or on the different areas of the body and let the radiance energy of divine wisdom flow through her/his hands. During the session you will experience calmness and relaxation.

Sara Namazi is a passionate Homeopath, Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of Avicenna Holistic Living.
In 2007, she was introduced to homeopathy and holistic healing. During her academic years at Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, she attended seminars and live patient case observations conducted by world renowned homeopaths and witnessed the profoundness of homeopathy in helping with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, cancer, digestive complexities, allergies and intolerances, immune system malfunctions, hormonal imbalances and many more. She completed the diploma program at Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine in health sciences and homeopathy in 2010. Following the registration of Homeopathy in Ontario in 2015, she received a membership certificate from College of Homeopaths of Ontario.
In addition to homeopathy, Sara has studied and incorporates nutrition and Reiki into her practice. Sara started her holistic healing practice in June 2010.
Sara loves to travel to different parts of the world to observe and learn different traditions and cultures. One of her most significant travels was in February 2017 when she traveled to Tanzania to participate in the internship program with Homeopathy For Health in Africa.
